Shipping policy

Free US Shipping on Every Order

Every order ships free within the United States, no minimum. Need it faster? Standard 3–4 day shipping is available at checkout for a small fee.

Processing time: Each order is packed by hand and ships within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery: We ship with USPS. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number.

Warm weather: Tallow is a natural fat and may soften in transit on hot days. That's normal and doesn't affect quality; store it somewhere cool and it will firm back up.

Lost or damaged packages: Email lumaskinco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

We currently ship to US addresses only.
