Not happy with your Luma Skin Co purchase? Email lumaskinco@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll refund the product price to your original payment method. No need to send the jar back.

Damaged or incorrect items: Email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. Limit one guarantee refund per customer.
